Great downtown location with easy access to shopping and public transportation. Beautifully decorated during the Christmas season. Rooms are clean and comfortable, with amazing views from higher floors. Excellent breakfast with a variety of options, including hummus. Friendly and attentive staff throughout, particularly Monika and Marti.

The lights in the room were fine, creating a beautiful ambiance. The furnishings were great and made the room feel luxurious. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep.

The hotel's location couldn't be better - right across from the central train station and close to everything. We had a spacious room on the 25th floor with a stunning view of the Palace of Culture. The bathroom was large and well-equipped. The staff were attentive and professional, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The restaurant was reasonably priced on the bottom floor here, I had FRESH dishes.

everything was very good, caring staff, spectacular views over the window. the room was top-notch with a comfortable bed and a generous breakfast included. poolside bar was fab and reasonably priced.

Attractive, gorgeous room and incredible location. Excellent view, exceptional service, exceptionally comfortable beds. With quick check-in and fast check-out, this hotel was accommodating.

We were lucky to be upgraded upon arrival, and the breakfast had a wide variety of options. The location was convenient for exploring the city, with the central stations and many shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were attentive and helpful throughout our stay.

Conveniently located near the airport, center, and Old Town. Close to a shopping mall, metro station, and with plenty of people walking around. The breakfast selection is outstanding, with multiple omelette chefs constantly serving delicious options. The room was comfortable, and additional toiletries and towels were promptly delivered upon request. The gym is excellent as well.

The location was fantastic, as the hotel was situated right next to the central station and within walking distance to the Old Town. There were also trams and buses nearby, making transportation very convenient. the hotel was just a short walk away from popular landmarks such as the Palace of Culture & Science, Saski Park, and the Castle. The view from the bedroom, especially on the 37th floor, was amazing. The hotel facilities were great, with a fabulous Jacuzzi and a well-equipped gym. The highlight of my stay was definitely the Panorama Sky Bar, with its amazing vibe, house music, and delicious cocktails. And I cannot forget to mention the very nice breakfast spread with an unreal choice and quality of dishes.

Great location, close to shopping center and main street. The staff was very good, always prompt in clearing the breakfast dishes. Almost everything was good, rooms weresuper clean and cozy. The view from the room was amazing, especially during our romantic escape.

The WiFi was difficult to log-in to and the signal was weak in many areas of the hotel. The receptionist was not friendly or cute during check-in, giving us a bad start to our stay.

This hotel is a luxurious venue with exclusive amenities that fulfill any need. the service is impeccable, and the staff is professional and personal. the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi deliver a relaxing experience. the room advantages are exceptional, with fantastic products in the bathroom, including hydro cream, mouthwash, and shoe cleaner.

The breakfast room is a bit crowded, which makes it noisy and non-relaxing. the air conditioning in the separate room is too strong, and it is a bit far from the buffet.

Fantastic location, just a 10-minute walk to the old town. Lovely, clean, and modern rooms with amazing sheets and bedding. Nice bath with great amenities. Good price per night. Excellent breakfast with a variety of food options. Polite and helpful staff. The Chardonnay wine in the executive lounge is very nice.

This hotel provided me with an exceptional luxury experience. the exclusive amenities such as the spa and wellness center, indoor swimming pool, and sauna, were of top-notch quality. the service was impeccable, and the location advantages were convenient for me. the room advantages were also noteworthy, with tasteful furniture and elegant decor. the restaurant served special diet menus, and in-room breakfast was delicious. the bar/lounge area was pleasant, and the snack bar was convenient.
